Candidate Offer

The Candidate Offer feature is used to create, send, and manage offer letters for candidates during the hiring process.
It allows HR teams to configure offer emails, create offer letter templates, define required joining documents, and track offer status.


🔍 Access Candidate Offer

  1. Click on the Search box (Ctrl + K).
  2. Type Candidate.
  3. Select:
    • Candidate Offer Setup
    • Candidate Offer List

✉️ Offer Email Setup

This section is used to configure the email content that will be sent to the candidate along with the offer letter.

You can:

  • Add Default CC / BCC email IDs
  • Set the Email Subject
  • Write the Offer Email Content
  • Add Attachments
  • Set Offer Expiry Time

Click Save after completing the setup.

📝 Candidate Offer Letter

This section allows you to create and manage offer letter templates.

You can:

  • Create new offer letter templates
  • Edit existing templates
  • Enable or disable templates
  • Use templates while sending offers

✅ Checklist

The Checklist is used to define the documents required from the candidate during joining.

You can:

  • Add document types (e.g., Bank Details, Certificates)
  • Mark documents as Mandatory or Optional
  • Enable Verification Required
  • Set default checklist

Edit Checklist

While editing a checklist, you can:

  • Change checklist name and description
  • Enable or disable checklist
  • Add or remove documents
  • Reorder documents

📊 Candidate Offers

This page displays all candidate offers and their current status.

Available tabs:

  • Draft – Offer saved but not sent
  • Released – Offer sent to candidate
  • Accepted – Offer accepted by candidate
  • Trash – Deleted offers

📤 Send Candidate Offer

To send an offer to a candidate:

  1. Click on + Offer
  2. Fill in Candidate Details:
    • Name, Email, Mobile Number
    • Date of Birth
    • Expected Date of Joining
    • Resume upload
    • Address details
  3. Fill in Offer Details:
    • Offer Title
    • Designation
    • Department
    • Branch
    • Manager details
    • Monthly & Annual CTC
  4. Click Send Offer

👉 You can also save the offer as Draft for future use.
