Employee Profile Creation
Required Information Fields:

- ** Contact & Identity:** Official Email, PAN Number, Aadhaar Number
- ** Employment Details:** Department, Designation, Branch, Reporting Structure
All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be completed before profile creation. The system validates data format and completeness before saving.
User Account Administration
System User Creation
- Click the Add User button to access the user creation form
- Complete the required user information:
- User Name (Required) - Unique system identifier
- Password (Required) - Secure access credential
- Role Type (e.g., Administrative, Operational) - Access level designation
- Role Name - Specific role assignment within organization
- Email (Required) - Primary contact and notification address
- Description (Optional) - Additional user context information
- Submit the form to create the user account with assigned permissions

Employee Record Deletion
Deletion Workflow:
- Click the Delete Employee button to initiate removal process
- Use the dropdown menu to select the specific employee for removal
- The Delete button activates only after employee selection
- Confirm deletion to permanently remove the employee record
