  1. Click the Add User button to access the user creation form
  2. Complete the required user information:
  • User Name (Required) - Unique system identifier
  • Password (Required) - Secure access credential
  • Role Type (e.g., Administrative, Operational) - Access level designation
  • Role Name - Specific role assignment within organization
  • Email (Required) - Primary contact and notification address
  • Description (Optional) - Additional user context information
  1. Submit the form to create the user account with assigned permissions

  3. The Delete button activates only after employee selection
