The exit interview module gathers structured employee feedback at the point of separation. It enables HR to understand reasons for leaving, evaluate policies, and identify areas for retention improvement.

Module Overview

Major functionalities include:

Employee List: See all resigned employees, resignation type, and scheduled interview date.

Structured Questionnaire: Collect detailed responses on a wide range of HR practice topics.

Rating & Reason Capture: Capture reasons for leaving and satisfaction levels using standardized scales.

Audit Trail: Employee details and responses are saved for compliance and future analysis.

Exit Interview Employee List

Displays key information for every exit interview.

Employee Name: Linked to individual interview details and feedback records.

Interview Date: Set for post-relieving feedback collection.

Type: All entries are resignation-based.

Bulk Export: Download all responses in one click for reporting.

Individual Exit Interview Details

After selecting an employee, the module presents their personal details and the complete exit interview form.

Employee Info: Includes name, ID, department, location, manager, designation, salary history, birthday.

Reasons For Leaving: Selection of most important, important, and partially important reasons (e.g., compensation, growth).

HR Practice Ratings: Multiple-choice scale for topics like work-life balance, growth, rewards, communication, decision making, corporate ethics, and overall vision.

Satisfaction Scale: Rate each area from "Least Satisfied" to "Very Satisfied".
