The Full and Final (FnF) module supports end-to-end processing for employee exits, including salary calculation, deduction handling, leave recovery, and final approval or settlement submission.

Module Overview​

Core capabilities of the FnF process:

Employee Selection & Status: Lists resigned and terminated employees and their FnF approval status.

Custom Settlement Calculation: Handles notice shortfall waivers, leave encashment/recovery, salary/arrears/adjustments, and TDS computation.

Granular Liability & Deduction Handling: Automates salary splits, deductions, and liabilities for an accurate net payout.

Audit-Friendly Export: Generate detailed forms in PDF/XLS for compliance and records.

Transparent Reason Logging: Tracks resignation/termination reasons through each stage.
